If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 12 hours of purchase, before your reading has been recorded, for a full refund. Once recording has begun, cancellation is no longer available.

If you experience a genuine technical issue — such as a broken download link, corrupted file, or non-delivery — please reach out and I will happily resend or resolve the issue. This policy does not apply to dissatisfaction with the reading's content or message, as these are matters of personal interpretation and spiritual guidance, not product defects.

All readings in this shop are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping. Once your personalized audio reading is complete, you will receive an email with a secure Google Drive link to download your file.

Turnaround time is within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Your download link will remain active for 14 business days from the date it is sent. Please download and save your file within this window, as it will be removed from hosting afterward to protect client privacy. If you need a resend within this period, simply reply to your delivery email.
